Last week was even worse than the week before. Good times! Have had a lot of bad breaks this year bust last week was simply a poor round of selections. I think I was purely on the wrong side. With that being said we persist still, and try to put up a winning record this week. We have some good matchups to look at as well.
The first game we will look at is the Michigan rivalry where the Wolverines travel down the road to East Lansing to take on the Michigan State Spartans. The second game we will discuss is the World’s Biggest Cocktail Party with Georgia and Florida meeting in an afternoon SEC showdown. We will finish the day off with another B1G matchup that would have been a bigger game if Penn St. didn’t have to play teams starting with the letter “I” when they travel to Columbus to take on the Buckeyes.

Early Slate
Michigan @ Michigan State (12:00 PM EST)
As the B1G season gets into the thick of it, we have a few big conference matchups. Although I will have a piece of under 37.5 (-120, I bought the hook), I have going to be focusing on The Michigan Rivalry this weekend. Both the Wolverines and Spartans are undefeated and in the top 25 this year so something has to give. I wish I would have been on top of it and gotten +6 as I heard popped in some spots. I only saw 55.5, anyhow, I am on MSU +3.5 or better and Money Line sprinkle. Even though it seems to me like a popular dog, I’m riding with sparty.
Both are relatively untested so I don’t know how much the stats and projection will factor really. It may be a grind it out slow game which may make for an under bet as well but I am not sure if I will for sure be on the one. Although I am leaning heavy I will have to sleep on it.
Mid Slate
Georgia v. Florida (3:30 PM EST)
The World’s Biggest Cocktail Party! Next we move to the afternoon slate as we head to Jacksonville for a top tier SEC matchup. To be completely honest, don’t know if I have a great feel for this one, but getting 14 or more on a Florida team who is still talented despite the three losses seems like the move in a big time rivalry. You could also argue that Georgia hasn’t payed a team that can throw downfield except for maybe Auburn depending on how Bo Nix’ day is going. And that might be a problem if Anthony Richardson plays. Put me down for Florida +14 or better.
Night Slate
Penn State @ Ohio State (7:30 PM EST)
In another B1G matchup, this time in prime time, we have the Ohio State Buckeyes hosting the Penn State Nittany Lions if Penn State didn’t lose to Illinois and would be possibly an unofficial playoff game if they also beat Iowa. Nonetheless it is still a big game. I expect a potentially one-sided affair in this one. For that reason I am on the Buckeyes. But not just covering the spread. I think they will be able to cover their team total of 41 or better. I am betting Over 40.5.
That will conclude it I apologize for being short. Let me know in the comments what you like this Saturday.
